What is the size of the portrait?
By default we send a 30x40cm file with a resolution of 300 dpi. If you are interested in another size, please let us know in the comments of the order.

How long does it take to receive the order?
Our team of artists works as fast as possible, and although sometimes we are very busy, our goal is to present you your drawn portrait in about 7 days. It always depends on the time of the year and the amount of demand.

How is the portrait sent?
We offer you 2 options: Physical poster on PAPER or just the DIGITAL image. If you want it already PRINTED you can choose between 2 sizes 30x40cm or 50x70cm. Printing and high quality paper with matte finish and a thickness of 170gr, in case you do not know that means it is a GOOD and THICK paper! In addition to the print we will also send you the digital file. In the option of only the DIGITAL file you will receive a download link by Email and / or Whatsapp of the caricature in .JPG format in High Quality Size 30x40cm and with a resolution of 300dpi. If you are interested in another size you can tell us and we will adapt the image. Once you have the image you can do with it whatever you want. Benefits of receiving a digital product? You save shipping costs, you have total freedom to do whatever you want with the image, you can print it as many times as you want, without limits! And you can do it in different sizes and formats.
What if I’m not happy with my portrait?
Our artists are incredibly talented and always do amazing work, however, sometimes working from a photo, it is difficult to capture the essence of the person and we are always willing to make revisions until you are 100% satisfied with your portrait.
What can I have as a background?
You can use one of the backgrounds from our library or a custom one. Just let us know your idea and we will make it happen.
Do pets count as a person?
Yes, it costs the same to draw a pet as a person.
Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?
Yes, absolutely, unlike other companies, we don’t put restrictions on your portrait: it’s yours to do whatever you want. Once you have the image you can do with it whatever you want: a painting, a canvas, a Facebook profile, a mug, a t-shirt, on Tinder or just show it to your friends!
Can I send more than one photo?
The more photos, the better! Just make sure you are clear about how you want your illustration to be drawn in the image description and leave the rest to us.
What quality should the photo I send you be?
The better the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you. But don’t worry, we will let you know if we have any problems.
I want to make a drawing of a large group of people, what do I need to do?
No problem, just send us an email or whatsapp and we can talk about your project.
Will I be charged for changes to my order after it has been placed?
It is the customer’s responsibility to specify all the details they want on their order in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the client requires changes.
