• Digital Delivery: Around 4-5 days.
• Printed Options (Poster, Canvas, Frame, or Mug): Add printing and shipping time (around 5 working days for the UK and a few more for other countries).

UNLIMITED Revisions Before Final Delivery

Once your portrait is ready, we’ll show it to you via WhatsApp. At that point, you can give us the green light or request changes. If you’re not satisfied with the design, just let us know what you’d like to adjust. We’re happy to revise your project as many times as necessary until the portrait looks exactly as you want. These revisions come at no additional cost.

How Will You Receive Your Disney Portrait?

• DIGITAL: You will receive a download link via Email and/or WhatsApp for the caricature in high-quality .JPG format, sized 30×40 cm and with a resolution of 300 dpi. If you’d like a different size, just let us know and we’ll adapt the image. Once you have the file, you can do whatever you like with it. The benefits of receiving a digital product? You save on shipping costs, have total freedom to do whatever you want with the image, and can print it as many times as you like, in different sizes and formats.
• POSTER (Unframed): You will receive a high-quality print on 170 gsm paper – THICK and STRONG! Shipping costs are included. With this option, we’ll also send you the digital file.
• CANVAS: For our canvases, we use responsibly sourced wood, mainly FSC-certified, ensuring a durable and high-quality product. The canvas is mounted on a wooden frame approximately 2 cm thick. We include hooks for easy hanging and installation. Our canvas base uses a coated fabric blend of cotton and polyester, offering an approximate weight of 300-350 gsm and a thickness of 350-400 microns, ensuring a sturdy and long-lasting product. To prevent damage during transit, we ship our canvases in protective packaging and sturdy boxes. This option also includes the digital file.
• FRAME: Our frames are made of pine wood with a thickness of 20-25 mm and a width of 10-14 mm. To preserve your poster as good as new, we use shatterproof and transparent plexiglass to protect it from possible damage. Hanging attachments are included, making it easy to position the frame either horizontally or vertically. The 170 gsm poster is delivered already inserted in the frame, ready to be hung directly on the wall. The framed poster is shipped in protective packaging, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition. With this option, we’ll also send you the digital file.
